With a career spanning several decades, Andy leaves behind a legacy of excellence and innovation in the field.
As the Vice President of Design & Engineering Services, Andy has played a pivotal role in shaping the design and engineering operations of Mindflow Design, which was acquired by MPE in 2020. Responsible for overseeing design, engineering, UX/UI, human factors engineering, usability, and financial management, Andy has tirelessly endeavored to maintain process discipline and strengthen the company's engineering capabilities.
Throughout his career, Andy has accumulated a wealth of experience in the medical industry, having worked in the field since the early 1990s. His expertise in taking medical and healthcare products from design to the point of manufacture is unparalleled. Andy has successfully led numerous projects, ranging from medical instruments to diagnostics, disposables to wearables, implantable devices to drug discovery instruments, and hospital pharmacy equipment.
Andy’s outstanding contributions to the industry have not gone unnoticed. His work has been recognized with an impressive portfolio of 21 patents, a testament to his innovative mindset and dedication to advancing technology in the medical field.
As Andy Moulds embarks on a new chapter in his life, the entire MPE family extends its deepest gratitude for his exceptional contributions.
