Hansche is joining MPE with over 20 years of experience in operations leadership, with a focus on safety, quality, supply chain, continuous improvement and production efficiencies. Brian comes to MPE Inc. From CNH Industrial, where we held various roles including Director of Operations/Plant Manager and Special Projects Manager.

Hansche will be overseeing all operations at both the MPE- Racine Facility and MPE Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.

Hansche holds a master’s degree in operations and technology management from the Illinois Insitute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Winona State University.
